Orders placed before midday (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day.           

Orders placed after midday (AEST) will be dispatched the next business day.     

During Christmas and sale periods processing and dispatch may take an extra 3-5 business days. 

Once payment is cleared and your order is processed and posted, you will receive a shipping notification email from our shipping partner Shippit with a link to track your order. 



We use local courier services to deliver all orders within Australia.

Express Shipping:

For metro areas please expect your parcel to arrive the Next Business Day after dispatch.

For Regional Areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 2-4 Business Days after dispatch.

Standard Shipping:

For Metro Areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 2-4 Business Days after dispatch.

For Regional Areas please expect your parcel to arrive within 3-7 Business Days after dispatch.

FREE Standard Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping for all Australian orders of $75 or more, excluding the cost of shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. 

All parcels require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel the courier driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to organise a re-delivery or an authority to leave. 

If you would like your parcel left in a safe place without a signature please specify this in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS at the checkout page.



We use DHL couriers for all international orders.

Please expect your parcel to arrive within 2-10 business days from date of dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'.

We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Only actual street address will be accepted for international orders (PO BOXES ARE NOT ACCEPTED).

Refinement is not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. 

The above timeframe is not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control.

Refinement is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of the delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.



 - If you have incorrectly entered the nominated delivery address on your order, please contact our friendly customer service team within one hour of placing your order to ensure we can change the delivery address accordingly. 

- All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications.

- Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
