RETURNS POLICY
WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
Please note, our Returns Policy has changed effective 12:00am on 28/03/2023.
We accept returns on all of our full priced products (excluding earrings or other products that may have a hygiene concern). We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item(s) must be in their original condition with all tags attached
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unstained,
- Item(s) are not earrings or other products that may have a hygiene concern; and
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving them (if you post your return after the 14 days, you may be charged a late return fee)
Returns will be processed within 10 business days of Refinement receiving the returned goods.
Where the requirements of the Returns Policy are met as outlined above, all full-priced items and sale items (excluding final sale) are eligible for a store credit (less the cost of return shipping). Final Sale products cannot be returned unless faulty (excludes earrings).
HOW DO I ORGANISE AN ONLINE RETURN?
Returns with Refinement Boutique are simple! Just follow the below steps...
Step 1: Click here to visit our Returns Portal.
Step 2: Follow the prompts to login and view your most recent orders.
Step 3: Locate the order which you would like to return and select the "Return" option.
Step 4: Follow the prompts to complete your return request.
Step 5: Sit tight! You will be contacted by the Refinement Returns Team within 48 business hours of your request.
NOTE: You have 7 days to send back your item(s) once you have initiated a return. Items returned without Refinement approval will be returned to sender and will not be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY STORE CREDIT TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. Once you have initiated an online return, we try our best to respond within 48 business hours.
Once approved, we will send you an Australia Post Returns Label. When your return has been received and assessed, your store credit (less the cost of return shipping) will be processed within 10 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at returns@refinement.com.au
