RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns on all our full priced items within 14 days of receiving them. We only ask the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, unstained.
- Send your return within 14 days of receiving your item/s.
- If you post your return after the 14 days, you may be charged a late return fee of $7.00.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items or that do not meet above requirements.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping charge and processed within 10 working days.
The shipping cost incurred for returning an item/s to us for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or colour, we ask you to purchase the item on our online store and return the unwanted piece as per our returns process.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number, which can be found on the receipt that was emailed to you at the time of purchase. You will then need to post the item/s to us with the address provided.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items have been received, you will receive a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Refinement cannot be held liable for the loss of garments during postage. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
NOTE: You have 7 days to send back your item/s once you have initiated a return. Items returned without a valid Returns Authorisation number will be returned to sender and will not be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply within 24 hours.
We will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal, credit card, AfterPay or ShopPay) within 10 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
